Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days, unless stated otherwise. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email to track your package.

Domestic Delivery

Shipping of our home accessories is available to Peninsular and West Malaysia, rates vary depending on destination and weight of parcel. Final amount will be calculated at checkout.

• Peninsular Malaysia - all deliveries will be made by Ninja Van. Estimated delivery time is 2 - 4 working days
• West Malaysia - all deliveries will be made by QXpress. Estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 working days

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Singapore addresses. Rates vary depending on weight of parcel. Final amount will be calculated at checkout. All deliveries to Singapore will be made by QXpress. Estimated delivery time is 7 - 14 working days.

We are still on the lookout for the best rates to ship our home accessories internationally. If you'd still like to make a purchase, do drop us an email and let us know which products you'd like to get. We will check for the best rates accordingly. Rates vary depending on destination and weight/ size of parcel.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Each Studio Kittuco home accessory is handcrafted from Jesmonite. Due to the nature of the material, air bubbles, pores and surface imperfections are considered as unique features of this handmade item.

For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns.

We do accept exchanges if the item received is incorrect. Please email us at  to arrange for an exchange and include your order number and a photograph of the item that you received. Return postage for this will be reimbursed to you. However, the item must be returned back with no damages and in the original packaging. In the event the correct item is out of stock, store credit or a full refund will be issued.
