Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days, unless stated otherwise. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email to track your package.

Domestic Delivery

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all domestic orders within Malaysia.

Free domestic delivery are shipped via Pos Malaysia Registered Mail. Estimated delivery time is 4-7 working days. 

Express Domestic Shipping option is available at a flat rate of RM4, shipped via PosLaju Malaysia. Estimated delivery time for this option is 2-4 working days.

Please note that there may be slight delay in delivery time during festive season for either delivery options.

International Delivery

COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE (as at 30th Oct 2020):

Due to the pandemic, Pos Malaysia has suspended international registered mail deliveries to all countries except SINGAPORE. Express delivery with a different courier is available only upon request. Rates vary depending on destination and weight of parcel. Kindly email us at with your order item(s) and address for us to quote you the appropriate shipping fee.

We offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING for purchases above RM600 in a single order.

International orders are shipped via Pos Malaysia. 

International shipping rates are as follows:

Zone 1

Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand

Flat delivery rate without tracking: RM12

Flat delivery rate with door-to-door tracking: RM25

Estimated delivery time: 6 - 12 business days

Zone 2

All other countries except those listed above

Flat delivery rate without tracking: RM15

Flat delivery rate with door-to-door tracking: RM28

Estimated delivery time: 10 - 21 business days

Please note that all applicable taxes, customs or import duties at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid by the buyer in order for the package to clear customs.


For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns.

We do accept exchanges if the item received is incorrect. Please email us at to arrange for an exchange and include your order number and a photograph of the item that you received. Return postage for this will be reimbursed to you. However, the item must be returned back unworn with no damages and in the original packaging. In the event the correct item is out of stock, store credit or a full refund will be issued.
